Webmedia Bridge™ methodology was developed to bridge the gap between business and IT. This intuitive parallel process formulates business issues into tangible IT-requirements, facilitates time-to-market and ensures end-user satisfaction and smooth deployment of IT-systems.

The underlying belief of Webmedia Bridge™ is that business people are neither interested in nor prepared to work through endless stacks of UML specifications. To solve this problem, we have built the requirements gathering process in two parallel flows:
- HTML prototypes with the full look-and-feel, navigation and processes. Shift changes can be made to the prototype anytime
- Relevant UML models and documentation for IT to ensure non-functional requirements, flawless back-end integration and adherence to established architectural models and patterns
At the end of the requirements phase, the two tracks are merged and system designers generate technical specifications for developers. Our process compels developers to deliver exact requirements and eliminates possible misinterpretations.
